Kindergarten

We offer a well-rounded, challenging programme that is geared towards academic success and provide an environment that is a nurturing, safe and welcoming. We focus on actively engaging students and foster their love of learning. Our curriculum is continually evolving to support and prepare each child at every stage of their development.

Our energetic and talented group of teachers, enrich students knowledge, provide individualized instructions and offer additional support where needed. Strong literacy programs and processes are incorporated into our curriculum and we emphasize a high standard of reading and writing. At the beginning of the programme, achievable goals are set for each child; these are continually re-evaluated while the children are encouraged to meet this age appropriate skill sets. At the end of the school year, the children are so well prepared that they confidently read, write and do Mathematics at a grade 1 level.

Using an inquiry based method; we develop children’s independent, empathetic and inquisitive minds. We build an interactive learning method by balancing teacher based projects with children selected activities. An atmosphere of approval, best efforts and acceptance is thereby created which allows each child to operate at their highest level of ability, enhance their self-awareness, improve their social skills and develop them into profoundly engaged scholars. Our Senior Kindergarten is for children that are 5 -6years old.

We partner with parents to make the learning experiences of their children wholesome. CCS values the role they play in the development and daily growth of their children.
